نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن تطوير وتقديم الحلول الهندسية لمشاريع الرفع الثقيل والنقل. يتضمن هذا الدور إعداد الوثائق الفنية، واختيار الأساليب والمعدات المناسبة، ودعم تنفيذ المشاريع بأمان وكفاءة مع التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير الخبرة في تقديم حلول هندسية من الدرجة الأولى لمشاريع الرفع الثقيل والنقل.
- تطوير وتقديم حلول هندسية معقدة، بما في ذلك بيانات الطريقة والرسومات والحسابات وتقييمات المخاطر.
- اختيار والتحقق بشكل مستقل من الأساليب والمعدات الهندسية لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بأمان وكفاءة.
- دعم تنفيذ المشروع من خلال الإشراف على الخطط الهندسية وتكييف الحلول عند تغير الظروف أو المتطلبات.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد للمهندسين، مع الإشراف على النطاق الهندسي العام.
- تقديم المشورة لعمليات التشغيل والمبيعات وإدارة المشاريع حول الجدوى الهندسية والمخاطر والمفاضلات الفنية.
- ضمان دقة الوثائق الهندسية وامتثالها للمعايير الدولية ومراجعتها وصيانتها بشكل صحيح.
- إجراء مسوحات الطرق وإعداد تقارير مسح الطرق التفصيلية لعمليات النقل الثقيل والخدمات اللوجستية.
- المشاركة في كل من المنهجيات التقليدية وتطوير الأساليب المبتكرة.
- تعلم وإعداد واختيار البيانات والمنهجيات الهندسية الحالية والمحدثة.
- اكتساب الخبرة في تطوير الرسومات والحسابات والتصورات والأدلة وتقييمات المخاطر.
- ضمان التنفيذ الفعال الذي يحقق النتائج الصحيحة للعميل.
- استخدام خبرتك لتطوير حلول هندسية من الدرجة الأولى لمشاريع الرفع الثقيل والنقل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة المدنية.
- خبرة هندسية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات ذات صلة، مع تعرض واضح لحلول هندسية متقدمة ومعقدة في صناعة الرفع الثقيل.
- خبرة على المستوى المهني في ممارسات وأنظمة العمليات الهندسية، ومعدات الرفع الثقيل والنقل (HLT) (الرافعات، ومعدات النقل، وأجهزة المعدات البديلة، وغيرها)، واللوائح الداخلية والمعايير.
- دليل على الخبرة في دور مماثل.
- الكفاءة في استخدام AutoCAD للنمذجة ثنائية وثلاثية الأبعاد، والتفصيل، والرسم الهندسي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة (بطلاقة).
- قدرة مثبتة على استيعاب المفاهيم والتقنيات والمنهجيات الجديدة بسرعة.
- القدرة على البقاء مرناً وفعالاً في ظل الأولويات المتغيرة، مما يضمن سير العمل بسلاسة.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop expertise in providing best-in-class engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation projects.
- Develop and deliver complex engineering solutions, including method statements, drawings, calculations, and risk assessments.
- Independently select and verify engineering methods and equipment to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Support project execution by overseeing engineering plans and adapting solutions when conditions or requirements change.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Engineers, maintaining oversight of the overall engineering scope.
- Advise Operations, Sales, and Project Management on engineering feasibility, risks, and technical trade-offs.
- Ensure engineering documentation is accurate, compliant with international standards, and properly reviewed and maintained.
- Conduct route surveys and prepare detailed route survey reports for heavy transport and logistics operations.
- Engage in both conventional methodologies and the development of innovative approaches.
- Learn, prepare, and select both existing and updated engineering statements and methodologies.
- Gain experience in developing drawings, calculations, visualizations, manuals, and risk assessments.
- Ensure efficient execution that delivers the right results for the customer.
- Using your expertise to develop best-in-class engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation projects
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, and methodologies.
- Ability to remain resilient and effective amidst changing priorities, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Minimum 5+ years relevant engineering experience, with demonstrate exposure to advanced and complex engineering solutions in heavy lifting industry .
- Professional-level experience in engineering operation practices and systems, HLT equipment(Cranes, transport equipment and alternative equipment devices,etc), internal codes, and standards.
- Evidence of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D modeling, detailing, and drafting.
- Challenging and engaging role with relatively complex tasks with vast exposure towards Engineering
