تسعى شركة Kimberly-Clark لتعيين مندوب مبيعات (Sales Representative) للعمل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نحن نبحث عن مندوب مبيعات ديناميكي واستراتيجي لدفع نمو ونجاح Kimberly-Clark في المملكة العربية السعودية. هذا الدور محوري في تعزيز الشراكات القوية وتعظيم نتائج الأعمال.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحديد العملاء المحتملين المناسبين، وترتيب المواعيد، وإجراء مكالمات بيع تأهيلية فعالة، وإدارة دورة البيع لإغلاق صفقات جديدة في جميع فئات الخدمات المعروضة.
  • إعداد تقارير وعروض وحزم حجز مهنية وكاملة وموجزة ودقيقة، وغيرها من الوثائق المطلوبة للعروض التقديمية على المستوى التنفيذي.
  • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال تقييم احتياجات العملاء الحالية واتباع عملية بيع محددة مع المشترين المحتملين، غالباً باستخدام العروض التوضيحية للمنتجات والعروض التقديمية.
  • التنسيق مع مندوبي المبيعات الآخرين لضمان تحقيق حصص الشركة ومعاييرها، وإجراء أبحاث السوق ومراقبة المنافسين بانتظام.
  • تنسيق جهود المبيعات مع أعضاء الفريق والإدارات الأخرى.
  • العمل بشكل استباقي لتجنب أي نزاعات مالية مع العملاء؛ وضمان تحقيق أهداف التحصيل في الوقت المحدد وبالكامل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس.
  • خبرة في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG) لدى شركات مرموقة كمندوب مبيعات (يفضل أن تكون موجودة).
  • مهارات بيعية وشخصية ممتازة.
  • معرفة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية وإجادة قوية للغة العربية.
  • معرفة جيدة جداً بالكمبيوتر.
  • الجنسية السعودية (حسب متطلبات الحكومة).

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales representative to drive Kimberly-Clark’s growth and success across KSA. This role is pivotal in fostering strong partnerships and maximizing business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Work proactively to avoid any financial disputes with customers; ensure collection targets are met on time & in full.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in FMCG business with reputable companies as sales representative is welcome.
  • Very good sales and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of English and strong command of Arabic language.
  • Very good computer knowledge.
  • You are Holding Saudi Nationality (as per government requirement).
