تعلن الاتصالات السعودية (STC) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى مساعد مدير التحليل المالي (Financial Analysis Assistant Manager) في مدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤولية عن تقديم التحليل المالي، تطوير النماذج المالية، وإعداد دراسات الجدوى لدعم الفرص التجارية واتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية. تقييم ربحية الصفقات، إعداد التقارير المالية، وتقديم التوصيات لأصحاب المصلحة مع التعاون مع فرق Deal Desk والتمويل التجاري والعطاءات لضمان تقييمات مالية دقيقة وحوكمة فعالة لدراسات الجدوى. كما يشمل دعم تقارير الأداء والتحسين المستمر لممارسات التقييم المالي. يلتزم شاغل الوظيفة بأداء مهامه وفق السياسات والإجراءات المعمول بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- جمع المعلومات المالية والتشغيلية، بما في ذلك مؤشرات الأعمال الرئيسية وبيانات قائمة الأرباح والخسائر الموحدة، لتقييم ربحية الصفقات ودعم اتخاذ القرارات التجارية.
- تطوير نماذج مالية تدعم المبادرات الاستراتيجية والعطاءات والفرص الاستثمارية والمقترحات التجارية.
- إعداد دراسات جدوى مفصلة من خلال دمج المدخلات التجارية والمالية والتشغيلية والفنية الواردة من فرق Deal Desk والعطاءات.
- تقييم الجدوى المالية والربحية والمخاطر والعوائد المتوقعة للفرص التجارية وتقديم التوصيات لأصحاب المصلحة.
- إنتاج تقارير ولوحات معلومات دورية تغطي استهلاك الصفقات والخصومات المعتمدة وخطة الفرص وأداء مسار العطاءات والاتجاهات المالية.
- إعداد تقارير أسبوعية تسلط الضوء على أنشطة إدارة العطاءات والوضع المالي والتقدم ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- الحفاظ على السجلات التاريخية ومسارات التدقيق للصفقات المكتملة لدعم الحوكمة والمقارنة المرجعية والتحليل المالي المستقبلي.
- عرض نتائج دراسات الجدوى والتوصيات المالية على فرق العطاءات ومديري الحسابات وغيرهم من أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
- التعاون الوثيق مع إدارة التمويل التجاري (Business Finance) لمراجعة واعتماد دراسات الجدوى وضمان التوافق مع الأهداف المالية على مستوى المحفظة.
- دعم التحسين المستمر لمنهجيات النمذجة المالية وعمليات إعداد التقارير والأدوات التحليلية لتعزيز فعالية اتخاذ القرارات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة في التحليل المالي، النمذجة المالية، تطوير دراسات الجدوى، والتمويل التجاري في قطاع الاتصالات أو التكنولوجيا.
- المستوى الوظيفي: محترف أول (Sr. Professional).
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة (يفضل درجة الماجستير في نفس المجال).
- الشهادات المهنية الموصى بها: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)، FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst)، CPA (Certified Public Accountant).

Job Purpose
Jobs at this level are responsible for delivering financial analysis, developing financial models, and preparing business cases to support commercial opportunities and strategic decision-making. The role evaluates deal profitability, prepares financial reports, and provides recommendations to stakeholders while collaborating with Deal Desk, Business Finance, and bidding teams to ensure accurate financial assessments and effective business case governance. The role also supports performance reporting and continuous improvement of financial evaluation practices. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure.

- Collect financial and operational information, including key business metrics and unified P&L data, to evaluate deal profitability and support commercial decision-making.
- Develop financial models that support strategic initiatives, bids, investment opportunities, and commercial proposals.
- Prepare detailed business cases by integrating commercial, financial, operational, and technical inputs received from Deal Desk and bidding teams.
- Evaluate financial feasibility, profitability, risks, and expected returns of business opportunities and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Produce periodic reports and dashboards covering deal consumption, approved discounts, opportunity pipeline, bid funnel performance, and financial trends.
- Generate weekly reports highlighting bid management activities, financial status, progress, and key performance indicators.
- Maintain historical records and audit trails of completed deals to support governance, benchmarking, and future financial analysis.
- Present business case findings and financial recommendations to bidding teams, account managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Business Finance to review, validate, and approve business cases while ensuring alignment with portfolio-level financial objectives.
- Support continuous improvement of financial modeling methodologies, reporting processes, and analytical tools to enhance decision-making effectiveness.
