تعلن شركة Waad Education Company عن توفر وظيفة رئيس قسم رياض الأطفال (Head of Kindergarten) للعمل في أكاديمية وعد (مدرسة دولية) بمكة وجدة، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقوم رئيس قسم رياض الأطفال بقيادة مرحلة KG وفقاً لرؤية المدرسة وأهدافها الاستراتيجية، وتهيئة بيئة تعليمية تعاونية تركز على الطفل. يعزز الممارسات التعليمية عالية الجودة ويشرف على مبادرات التحسين المستمر، ويضمن بيئة آمنة وراعية وشاملة لجميع الطلاب. كما يدعم رفاهية الطلاب وسلوكهم الإيجابي ونموهم الاجتماعي العاطفي، ويطبق سياسات الحماية والسلامة باستمرار. ويقدم التوجيه والدعم للمعلمين في إدارة سلوك الطلاب وتلبية احتياجات المتعلمين الصغار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة قسم KG وفق رؤية المدرسة وأهدافها الاستراتيجية
- تعزيز الممارسات التعليمية والتربوية عالية الجودة ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر
- ضمان بيئة آمنة وراعية وشاملة لجميع الطلاب
- دعم رفاهية الطلاب وسلوكهم الإيجابي ونموهم الاجتماعي العاطفي
- تطبيق سياسات الحماية والسلامة باستمرار
- تقديم التوجيه والدعم للمعلمين في إدارة سلوك الطلاب وتلبية احتياجاتهم المتنوعة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تربية الطفولة المبكرة أو التربية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير)
- رخصة/مؤهل تدريس صالح
- خبرة تدريس لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، تتضمن خبرة قيادية في بيئة الطفولة المبكرة أو رياض الأطفال
- يفضل خبرة في المناهج الدولية

- مهارات قيادة وإدارة فريق قوية
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرات تعامل مع الآخرين
- مهارات قوية في التوجيه والإرشاد وحل المشكلات
- الالتزام بالتعلم المتمركز حول الطالب والتحسين المستمر
- القدرة على بناء علاقات إيجابية مع الطلاب والموظفين وأولياء الأمور

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching qualification/license
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including leadership experience in an Early Years or Kindergarten setting
- Experience with international curricula is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to student-centered learning and continuous improvement
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
