نبحث عن مهندس عمليات (سعودي الجنسية - متحدث بالعربية) للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي. سيلعب هذا الدور دورًا محوريًا في دعم حلول التحول الرقمي الصناعي في قطاعات مثل النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات والمرافق والتعدين والتصنيع. سيدعم المرشح المثالي مشاريع التحول الرقمي والتحكم المتقدم في العمليات وهندسة العمليات، وسيكون الواجهة الهندسية الرئيسية مع العملاء. تلتزم INTECH بتوفير حلول رقمية متطورة، مما يتيح لك المساهمة في مشاريع تحويلية تعزز الكفاءة التشغيلية والإنتاجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كواجهة أساسية باللغة العربية بين العملاء وفريق المشروع.
- التعاون مع فرق العمليات والهندسة وتقنية المعلومات والتحكم لدى العميل لفهم المتطلبات الفنية والتجارية.
- جمع وتوثيق وتحليل متطلبات أصحاب المصلحة لمبادرات التحول الرقمي.
- المساعدة في دراسات العمليات والحسابات الهندسية وتحليل أداء العمليات.
- دعم تنفيذ وتحسين حلول التحكم المتقدم في العمليات (APC).
- إعداد المستندات الهندسية والتقارير الفنية والعروض التقديمية ومحاضر الاجتماعات ومخرجات المشروع.
- المشاركة في اختبار القبول بالمصنع (FAT) واختبار القبول بالموقع (SAT) والتشغيل والبدء.
- دعم اختبار النظام والتحقق من صحته واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.
- تنسيق أنشطة المشروع مع فرق الهندسة متعددة التخصصات لضمان التسليم الناجح.
- إجراء تدريب للمستخدمين النهائيين وإعداد أدلة التشغيل والوثائق الفنية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الهندسة المعتمدة من العميل وإجراءات المشروع ومتطلبات الجودة.
- السفر إلى مواقع Ma'aden ومواقع العملاء الأخرى داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو دوليًا عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية.
- خبرة من 1-2 سنة في هندسة العمليات في واحد أو أكثر من المجالات التالية: التعدين، النفط والغاز، البتروكيماويات، التصنيع الصناعي.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في بيئات هندسية تتعامل مباشرة مع العملاء.
- يفضل التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.
- إجادة تامة للغة العربية (أم أو بطلاقة) وإجادة مهنية للغة الإنجليزية (إلزامي).
- الجنسية السعودية (إلزامي).
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم حسابات هندسة العمليات وأساسيات التحكم في العمليات.
- معرفة مخططات تدفق العمليات (PFDs) ومخططات الأنابيب والأجهزة (P&IDs) وموازين الكتلة والطاقة.
- القدرة على تطبيق المبادئ الهندسية بما في ذلك الديناميكا الحرارية وتدفق الموائع وانتقال الحرارة والتحكم في العمليات في التطبيقات الصناعية.
- الإلمام بمفاهيم التحكم المتقدم في العمليات (APC).
- (مفضل) إلمام بالأتمتة الصناعية (SCADA، DCS، PLC).
- (مفضل) نمذجة ومحاكاة العمليات (Aspen HYSYS أو ما يعادله).
- (مفضل) التحكم المتقدم في العمليات (Aspen DMC3 أو ما يعادله).
- (مفضل) تحليل البيانات (Data Analytics).
- (مفضل) إنترنت الأشياء الصناعي (Industrial IoT).
- (مفضل) تقنيات التوأم الرقمي (Digital Twin).
- (مفضل) تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الصناعات التحويلية.
- (مفضل) Python، SQL، OSI PI.

What You'll Lead And Deliver
- Act as the primary Arabic-speaking interface between clients and the project team.
- Collaborate with client process, operations, engineering, and IT/OT teams to understand business and technical requirements.
- Gather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
- Assist in process studies, engineering calculations, and process performance analysis.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions.
- Prepare engineering documents, technical reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project deliverables.
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and startup activities.
- Support system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during project execution.
- Coordinate project activities with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare operating manuals and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client engineering standards, project procedures, and quality requirements.
- Travel to Ma'aden sites and other client locations across Saudi Arabia, or internationally when required.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in Process Engineering within one or more of the following industries: Mining Oil & Gas Petrochemical Industrial Manufacturing
- Experience working in client-facing engineering environments is preferred.
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration is preferred.
- Native/Fluent Arabic and Professional English communication skills are mandatory.
- Only Saudi Nationals can apply.
- Understanding of process engineering calculations and process control fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and Mass & Energy Balances.
- Ability to apply engineering principles including thermodynamics, fluid flow, heat transfer, and process control in industrial applications.
- Familiarity with Advanced Process Control concepts.
- Industrial Automation (SCADA, DCS, PLC)
- Process Modeling & Simulation (Aspen HYSYS or equivalent)
- Advanced Process Control (Aspen DMC3 or equivalent)
