We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help drive outstanding results for our clients across the Saudi market.

What You'll Do

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns while working closely with our creative, production, and account management teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs.
• Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.
• Execute A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to improve ad performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Google Ads.
• Experience with TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of performance metrics including:
• ROAS
• CPA
• CPL
• CTR
• CPM
• CAC
• Experience working with Saudi businesses or the Saudi market.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional English proficiency.
