تعلن شركة Sulava MEA عن توفر وظيفة Deployment Engineer & Architect في الرياض، للعمل على تصميم وتطوير ونشر حلول وكلاء AI باستخدام Microsoft Copilot وCopilot Studio وخدمات Azure AI، مع الجمع بين الهندسة العملية وقيادة المعمارية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتنفيذ معماريات AI شاملة عبر Microsoft 365 وAzure
- بناء ونشر الوكلاء باستخدام Copilot Studio ودمجها مع الأنظمة المؤسسية
- تطوير إضافات وموصلات وسير عمل مخصصة لتوسيع قدرات الوكلاء
- قيادة التصميم التقني لنماذج التسليم والتوسع الخاصة بـ Agent Factory (FFL)
- العمل مع فرق العملاء لترجمة حالات الاستخدام التجاري إلى حلول تقنية
- تنفيذ أنابيب RAG وعمليات التكامل وتنسيق البيانات لذكاء الوكلاء
- إعداد وتحسين بيئات Azure AI والمناطق الأساسية وأنابيب النشر
- ضمان الأمان والحوكمة والامتثال في جميع الحلول
- التعاون مع مستشاري التحول في AI لتحقيق أثر شامل للعملاء
- دعم اختبار وتحسين وتطوير مستمر لحلول الوكلاء
- ملاحظة: تعمل الوكلاء عبر العمليات والأنظمة التجارية، وتجمع بين التنسيق والأتمتة وطبقات المعرفة لتحقيق قيمة حقيقية
- ملاحظة: من المتوقع أن تتضمن حلول AI طبقات الحوكمة والهوية والأمان إلى جانب تنسيق الوكلاء والوصول إلى البيانات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خلفية قوية في هندسة البرمجيات (مثل .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- خبرة في تصميم معماريات سحابية قابلة للتوسع (cloud-native)
- القدرة على قيادة قرارات التصميم والمعمارية التقنية
- خبرة عملية مع Copilot Studio وتطوير الوكلاء
- خبرة في بناء حلول AI باستخدام Azure AI / Azure AI Foundry
- فهم أنماط الوكلاء المتعددة والتنسيق والأتمتة
- خبرة في تكامل APIs ومصادر البيانات والأنظمة المؤسسية
- خبرة مع معماريات RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- معرفة بـ Azure AI Search وأنابيب البيانات وأساليب الفهرسة
- خبرة في التكامل مع Microsoft Graph وSharePoint ومصادر بيانات المؤسسة
- فهم أمان المؤسسات وهوية Entra ID وحماية البيانات
- خبرة في تنفيذ حوكمة AI والامتثال وضوابط أمان البيانات
- يفضل: خبرة مع Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse)
- يفضل: الإلمام بنماذج إضافات Copilot وقابلية التوسع
- يفضل: خبرة مع DevOps / CI-CD لحلول AI
- يفضل: معرفة المتطلبات التنظيمية السعودية ومتطلبات إقامة البيانات
- يفضل: مهارات اللغة العربية

We are looking for a Deployment Engineer & Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services for our Customers.
This role is a combination of hands-on engineering and architecture leadership, focusing on building scalable, secure, and high-impact AI solutions. You will play a key role in our Agent Factory (FFL) model-delivering production-ready AI agents that transform business processes.

This role is a combination of hands-on engineering and architecture leadership, focusing on building scalable, secure, and high-impact AI solutions. You will play a key role in our Agent Factory (FFL) model-delivering production-ready AI agents that transform business processes.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement end-to-end AI agent architectures across Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Build and deploy agents using Copilot Studio and integrate with enterprise systems
- Develop custom plugins, connectors, and workflows to extend agent capabilities
- Lead technical design for Agent Factory (FFL) delivery and scaling models
- Work with customer teams to translate business use cases into technical solutions
- Implement RAG pipelines, integrations, and data orchestration for agent intelligence
- Set up and optimize Azure AI environments, landing zones, and deployment pipelines
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance in all solutions
- Collaborate with AI Transformation Advisors to deliver end-to-end customer impact
- Support testing, optimization, and continuous improvement of agent solutions
Core Engineering & Architecture Skills
- Strong software engineering background (e.g. .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures
- Ability to lead technical design and architecture decisions
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and agent development
- Experience building AI solutions using Azure AI / Azure AI Foundry
- Understanding of multi-agent patterns, orchestration, and automation
- Experience integrating APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems
Data & Integration
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Knowledge of Azure AI Search, data pipelines, and indexing approaches
- Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and enterprise data sources
- Understanding of enterprise security, identity (Entra ID), and data protection
- Experience implementing AI governance, compliance, and data security controls
