شركة PETRA Engineering Industries Co.، المصممة والمصنعة الرائدة عالمياً لمعدات التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) التجارية والصناعية منذ عام 1987، تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مهندس صيانة وخدمات ما بعد البيع (Maintenance And After Sales Engineer) في الدمام بالمنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. يعمل المهندس في موقع العميل بشكل كامل وبدوام كامل لدعم عملاء Petra وضمان كفاءة وسلامة أنظمة التكييف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء أعمال الصيانة الدورية واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح أنظمة التكييف.
- الاستجابة لطلبات خدمة العملاء وتشخيص المشكلات التقنية وتقديم الدعم الفني في الموقع.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لحل المشكلات المعقدة.
- إعداد تقارير الصيانة والتوصية بالإجراءات الوقائية.
- دعم أنشطة ما بعد البيع مثل التشغيل الأولي (Commissioning) وتدريب العملاء على تشغيل المعدات.
- تحديد فرص بيع خدمات الصيانة والترقيات.
- بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء من خلال تقديم دعم احترافي وفي الوقت المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال تقني ذي صلة (أو خبرة عملية مكافئة).
- خبرة عملية في صيانة أنظمة التكييف أو تركيبها أو خدمتها (يفضل بشدة).
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع بالدمام والسفر إلى مواقع العملاء حسب الحاجة والعمل بأمان في البيئات الصناعية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات مثبتة في هندسة المبيعات والمبيعات، مع القدرة على تحديد فرص الخدمة ودعم نمو أعمال ما بعد البيع.
- قدرات قوية في الدعم الفني تشمل استكشاف الأعطال والتشغيل الأولي وصيانة أنظمة التكييف أو الأنظمة الميكانيكية/الكهربائية المماثلة.
- مهارات تواصل فعّالة لإعداد التقارير الواضحة والتوثيق والتعاون مع العملاء والفرق الداخلية.
- خبرة في خدمة العملاء مع التركيز على الاستجابة والاحترافية وبناء علاقات قائمة على الثقة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والانتباه للتفاصيل والقدرة على إدارة طلبات خدمة متعددة وتحديد الأولويات.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات التشخيص وبرامج الخدمة وتطبيقات المكتب القياسية لإعداد التقارير والتواصل.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Maintenance and After Sales Engineer role is based in Dammam and focuses on supporting customers using Petra’s HVAC equipment. The engineer will perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities, ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer service requests, diagnosing technical issues, providing on-site technical support, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex problems. The role also involves preparing maintenance reports, recommending preventive actions, and supporting after-sales activities such as commissioning, training customers on equipment operation, and identifying opportunities for service and upgrade sales. The engineer will build long-term customer relationships by providing timely, professional support and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to identify service opportunities and support after-sales business growth.
- Strong Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintaining HVAC or similar mechanical/electrical systems.
- Proficient Communication skills for clear reporting, documentation, and collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and building trust-based relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Hands-on experience in HVAC systems maintenance, installation, or service is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Dammam, travel to customer locations as needed, and operate safely in industrial environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple service requests and priorities.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, service software, and standard office applications for reporting and communication.
- Working knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
