شركة كيري (Kerry) تقدم برنامج الخريجين المبكرين (Early Career Program) في مجال الإنتاج، للعمل في مدينتي مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. هذا البرنامج دائم بدوام كامل يمتد لمدة سنتين، ويوفر تدريباً منظماً وتجربة عملية حقيقية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يعمل برنامج الإنتاج في كيري على تطوير خبراتك في عمليات التصنيع والتقنيات من البداية إلى النهاية. ستكتسب مهارات في إدارة الأشخاص والمشاريع، والتحسين المستمر، والقيادة، من خلال العمل مع خبراء التصنيع وفرق متعددة الوظائف. ستتعرف على المحركات الرئيسية للأعمال، ومقاييس الأداء، والقدرات التشغيلية، والمنتجات، والعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم الخطة الاستراتيجية للموقع من خلال ترجمة الأهداف الاستراتيجية إلى إجراءات يومية.
- المساهمة في تطبيق معيار التصنيع الخاص بشركة كيري لضمان الاتساق والجودة.
- التطور كقائد للأفراد من خلال إدارة فرق صغيرة وقيادة اجتماعات الورديات ودعم محادثات الأداء.
- قيادة والمشاركة في مشاريع الاستثمارات الرأسمالية أو تحسين العمليات مثل تقليل الهدر وزيادة الإنتاجية.
- التعاون مع فرق الإدارة في برامج التحول الكبرى مثل الرقمنة والأتمتة وتحسين الاستدامة.
- فهم كيفية مساهمة التصنيع في أجندة الاستدامة لشركة كيري، مثل تقليل استهلاك الطاقة والمياه وتقليل هدر الطعام.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على درجة علمية في علوم الأغذية، تكنولوجيا الأغذية، الهندسة، إدارة الأعمال، سلسلة التوريد، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- لديك من 1 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة.
- أن تكون في بداية مسيرتك المهنية (Early Careers).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية واللغة المحلية.
- مؤهل للعمل بشكل دائم في الموقع المتقدم إليه (المملكة العربية السعودية).
- مستعد للسفر والانتقال.
- تاريخ بدء البرنامج: 1 سبتمبر 2026.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the end-to-end manufacturing processes and technologies. You’ll build expertise in people and project management, continuous improvement, and leadership—preparing you to take on real challenges and make a meaningful impact.
You’ll learn directly from our manufacturing experts and work cross-functionally, enhancing your enterprise-wide knowledge of the business. You’ll also gain insights into Kerry’s key business drivers, performance measures, process capabilities, products, and customers.

Key responsibilities
What you might be doing
- Support the Site Strategic Agenda by translating strategic goals into daily actions—whether that’s driving performance metrics, supporting team initiatives, or contributing to operational excellence.
- Play a key role in implementing and embedding the Kerry Manufacturing Standard, ensuring consistency and quality across processes and teams.
- Develop into an empowered people leader by managing small teams, leading shift huddles, and supporting performance conversations.
- Lead and contribute to projects ranging from capital investments (e.g. installing new equipment or upgrading production lines) to process improvement initiatives (e.g. reducing waste, improving throughput), applying best-in-class project management principles.
- Facilitate and collaborate with management teams on major transformation programs such as digitalization, automation, or sustainability upgrades.
- Gain a clear understanding of how manufacturing contributes to Kerry’s Sustainability agenda—such as reducing energy usage, optimizing water consumption, and minimizing food waste.
- You’re currently have a degree in Food science, Food technology, Engineering, Business & Management, Supply Chain, or any other relavant subject.
- You have 1-3 years of experience
- You’re ambitious, curious, and can’t wait to put your talents into action.
- You’re open minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.
- You’re a Early Careers.
- You’re fluent in English and local language
- You’re eligible to permanently work in the location you’re applying to
