Business Performance Analyst

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Aon Arabia is recruiting Business Performance Analyst based from our offices in Riyadh. The Business Performance Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and forecasting business and workforce data to support strategic decision-making. The role provides management with actionable insights, performance dashboards, predictive analytics, and reporting that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze business, operational, and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and KPI reports.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.

Forecasting & Planning

• Develop forecasts related to headcount, revenue, productivity, and operational requirements.
• Conduct scenario modeling and trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Provide recommendations based on predictive analytics and business intelligence findings.

Business Intelligence

• Design and automate reports using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Transform complex data into meaningful insights for leadership.
• Identify key business drivers impacting company performance

Process Improvement

• Review reporting processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Automate manual reporting activities where possible.
• Participate in digital transformation and data governance initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of data standards and reporting frameworks.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business leaders to understand reporting requirements.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Support leadership meetings with executive summaries and performance insights.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead to Success

Education

• Bachelor's degree in:
• Data Analytics
• Statistics
• Business Administration
• Finance
• Related field

Experience

• 4-7 years of experience in:
• Business Analytics
• Data Analysis
• Business Intelligence

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI or Tableau.
• Data visualization and dashboard development.
• Statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
