Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our asset management department as Head of Asset Management & CEO. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing asset portfolios, developing strategic business plans, identifying investment opportunities, and managing financial and operational performance. The candidate will drive key decisions, lead teams, and ensure optimal outcomes for stakeholders, while contributing to the organization's vision and growth.

Minimum Experience

• 6+ years in investment management

• 5+ years in asset management

Required Qualifications & Background

• Saudi national

• Experience within CMA-regulated firms

• Strong expertise in investment management, portfolio construction, and risk management

• Experience working with or within an investment committee

• Proven leadership experience in financial services or asset management

• Deep understanding of Saudi regulatory and compliance frameworks

• Ability to translate strategy into measurable KPIs and track execution

• Strong communication skills with investors, partners, and regulatory bodies

• Data-driven decision-making mindset

• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, tech, compliance, and operations teams

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth, partnerships, and market expansion

• Experience in business development and scaling financial products

• Ability to identify and execute monetization strategies and new market opportunities

Key Responsibilities

1. CEO Leadership & Strategy Execution

• Lead the company’s overall direction, vision, and execution

• Ensure alignment with the established strategic roadmap

• Translate strategy into clear, measurable KPIs across all departments

• Track execution and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives

2. Investment Strategy (With Investment Committee)

• Co-develop and lead the investment strategy with the investment committee

• Define asset allocation, risk limits, and portfolio frameworks

• Oversee portfolio performance and ensure alignment with strategy

• Conduct market analysis and risk assessments to support decisions

• Monitor performance against benchmarks and risk thresholds

3. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure full compliance with CMA regulations and internal policies

• Establish measurable, trackable, and well-documented processes

• Maintain strong governance and risk management practices

4. Product & Operational Alignment

• Align product and technology teams with business and investment objectives

• Ensure execution follows clear milestones and measurable outcomes

• Remove operational bottlenecks and drive cross-functional efficiency

5. Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Deliver KPI-driven updates to investors, partners, and stakeholders

• Clearly communicate company performance, milestones, and strategy

• Act as the primary representative of the company externally

6. Commercial & Growth Leadership

• Drive the company’s commercial strategy, including revenue generation and growth initiatives

• Identify and execute strategic partnerships and business development opportunities

• Explore new markets, products, and revenue streams to scale the business

• Ensure strong alignment between product, market demand, and monetization strategy
