Job Opportunity | Show Jumping Trainer

Nawasi Al Khair Equestrian Academy, located in Taif, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, one of the largest equestrian academies in Western Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified professional to join its team as:

Show Jumping Trainer

Key Responsibilities

* Provide professional show jumping training for riders of different levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

* Develop and implement structured training programs to enhance riders’ technical skills and performance in show jumping.

* Train and prepare horses for show jumping lessons, competitions, and events.

* Ensure the safety and well-being of both riders and horses during training sessions.

* Assess riders’ progress and provide continuous feedback to support their development.

* Assist in preparing riders and horses for local and regional competitions.

* Maintain high standards of horse care, welfare, and stable management related to training activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Proven experience as a Show Jumping Trainer in equestrian academies, riding schools, or professional equestrian facilities.

* Strong background in show jumping training and competition preparation.

* Excellent riding, coaching, and communication skills.

* Ability to work with riders of different ages and skill levels.

* Strong understanding of horse behavior, welfare, and training methodologies.

* Relevant certifications in equestrian coaching or show jumping are preferred.
