تعلن شركة PIPECARE Group عن توفر وظيفة Purchase Officer (مساعد مشتريات) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية. تعمل الشركة منذ أكثر من 20 عاماً في ضمان سلامة خطوط الأنابيب وأصول المنشآت، وتبحث عن مسؤول مشتريات ذو خبرة للتعامل مع الموردين ومتابعة الشحنات وإنهاء إجراءات الموانئ والحدود، بالإضافة إلى إدارة مشتريات المواد الخام وقطع الغيار ومعدات التسويق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عمليات الشراء
- استلام المواد في المخازن
- تقديم إشعار استلام البضائع (GRN) إلى قسم الحسابات
- حضور مراجعات التدقيق المتعلقة بالمشتريات
- حضور الاجتماعات مع الموردين
- إدارة مشتريات الصندوق النقدي الصغير
- تنسيق طلبات النقل من قسم اللوجستيات للتوصيل وإخراج المواد
- إرسال طلبات العروض (RFQ) وجمع العروض
- إنشاء طلبات الشراء وترميز المواد
- إنشاء أوامر الشراء ومتابعة اعتمادها مع قسم الحسابات
- تقديم ملاحظات حول أي مشكلات في أمر الشراء مثل اختلاف الأسعار وشروط الدفع
- متابعة التوصيل مع الموردين
- تقديم طلبات الدفع المسبق للحسابات
- إعداد مقارنة الأسعار لمرجعية اعتماد الحسابات
- متابعة الدفع مع الحسابات
- البحث عن موردين جدد للمشتريات
- تسجيل الموردين والحصول على اعتماد من مراقبة الجودة
- طلب إنشاء سجل مورد جديد من الحسابات
- تحديث قائمة الموردين المعتمدين
- حفظ جميع أوامر الشراء مع العروض لأغراض التدقيق
- التفاوض مع الموردين في مواعيد التوصيل والخصم وشروط الدفع
- مطابقة شهادات المواد / إذن التسليم / الفواتير لأغراض مراقبة الجودة والحسابات
- إنشاء أوامر العمل
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو سلسلة التوريد
- خبرة في المشتريات الدولية
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في منصب مماثل
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال التصنيع أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول (FMCG) أو صناعة السيارات
- خبرة ومعرفة جيدة بالسوق (العملاء والأنظمة والموردين)
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية
- معرفة أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)
- القدرة على رفع وحمل حتى 50 رطلاً
- القدرة على المشي والتسلق لأداء المهام، بما في ذلك التنقل داخل بيئة المصنع أو المصفاة والوصول إلى المنصات المرتفعة عبر السلالم والممرات
- وضوح كاف في النطق والسمع أو قدرات تواصل أخرى للتواصل بفعالية
- القدرة على الحفاظ على التركيز وأداء مهام متعددة
- ارتداء معدات السلامة كما هو مطلوب من قسم السلامة للحماية الشخصية عند الحاجة في بيئات التصنيع
- حركة شخصية وانعكاسات جسدية كافية، مع أو بدون تسهيلات معقولة، لأداء المهام المكتبية والسفر إلى مواقع خارجية عند الضرورة

- Filing all purchase orders along with quotes for audit purpose
- Negotiation with suppliers regarding delivery time, discount, payment terms, etc
- MTC/DO/Invoices reconcile for QC/Accounts purpose
- To create work order
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
- Experience in international purchase
- With 3-5 years of experience in similar position
- Preferable to have a previous experience in Manufacturing, FMCG or Automotive industry
- Experience and good knowledge of the market (customers, systems, providers)
- Knowledge of English language.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells
- Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively
- Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively
- Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
- Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary
