We are looking for an experienced Legal Affairs Manager to join our Legal Affairs & GRC team.

In this role, you will lead the company's legal function by providing strategic legal advice, managing contracts, overseeing litigation and claims, and ensuring compliance with applicable Saudi laws and regulations. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to protect the organization's interests and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's legal affairs and provide legal advisory services.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate contracts.
• Lead litigation, claims, and dispute resolution activities.
• Represent the company before judicial and governmental authorities.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise the business accordingly.
• Support internal departments with legal guidance and policy development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in the real estate, construction, or hospitality sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, contracts, and litigation practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
