ACCEL International Inc. Saudi for Education offer comprehensive educational, behavioral, therapeutic, and vocational programs designed to empower individuals with special needs and developmental disabilities. Since its establishment in September 2019 by ACCEL International in partnership with Saudi Aramco, ACCEL has been a pioneering initiative in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are committed to delivering high-quality therapeutic and educational services to children with developmental disabilities, fostering a sense of dignity and self-worth in every individual we serve.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1- Health Assessment:

• Conduct health screenings, including hearing screenings and general health assessments for students.
• Monitor and document any changes in students' health conditions.

2- First Aid and Emergency Care

• Provide first aid for injuries and acute medical conditions.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care and referrals when necessary.

3- Medication Administration

• Administer medications as prescribed by authorized healthcare providers, ensuring accurate documentation.

4- Collaboration

• Work closely with teachers, school administration, and parents to support students' health needs.

5- Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all students.
• Document health assessments, treatments, and incidents in a timely manner.

6- Disease Prevention and Infection Control

• Monitor and report communicable diseases in accordance with school policies and public health guidelines.
• Implement health policies and infection control procedures to minimize the spread of illness.

7- Support for Students with Chronic Health Conditions

• Assist students with chronic health conditions in managing their healthcare needs during school hours.
• Coordinate with families and healthcare providers to ensure appropriate and continuous care.

Qualifications

• Licensed/registered nurse with a recognized nursing qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent) and valid professional registration in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain it.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in Emergency, Pediatrics, and/or Special Needs.
• Possession of a current license.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English language skills.
