Quality Expert (QA Expert)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Expert to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI-powered solutions and technical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in analyzing requirements, reviewing technical specifications and design documents, and developing structured test plans and comprehensive test cases.

This role requires strong analytical skills, quality assurance expertise, and a deep understanding of software testing methodologies in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, technical specifications, and design documents.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Collaborate with business, development, and technical teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Validate system enhancements, fixes, and production changes.
• Improve QA processes, methodologies, and testing standards.
• Support release readiness and quality governance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis and technical documentation review.
• Proven experience in test planning and test case design.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in enterprise systems or digital platforms is preferred.
