Position: HSE Officer

Location: Al-Qadsiah Club, Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Reports to: HSE Lead / Operations Director

POSITION SUMMARY:

To ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental

(HSE) policies and procedures at Al Qadsiah, promoting a safe and compliant work

environment while minimizing risks to personnel, assets, and the environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards on-site

Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards

Monitor compliance with local regulations and company HSE requirements

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports

Ensure timely reporting and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions

Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training to employees

Support emergency preparedness and response activities, including drills

Monitor environmental practices, including waste management and pollution control

Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports

Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across the site

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma / Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related

field

Certification in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) is highly desirable.

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in industrial or field

operations

Good knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards

Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills

Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
