شركة Gold and Minerals Ltd (GMCO) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مساعد ميداني (Field Assistant) في عسير - بيشة، المملكة العربية السعودية. تأسست الشركة عام 2009 وتعمل في مجال التنقيب عن المعادن، وتتولى هذا الدور دعم العمليات الميدانية وجمع البيانات والتنسيق اللوجستي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم الفرق الميدانية في جمع البيانات، التعامل مع العينات، وتجهيز المعدات.
- المساعدة في الخدمات اللوجستية للموقع، الجدولة، وتنسيق النقل.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة، ملاحظات ميدانية، وتقارير يومية عن التقدم.
- ضمان الامتثال لبروتوكولات السلامة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
- المساعدة في إدارة المخزون، صيانة المعدات، ومعايرتها.
- التواصل الفعّال مع أعضاء الفريق والمشرفين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- إدخال البيانات وإجراء تحليل أساسي تحت التوجيه.
- التكيف مع الظروف الميدانية المتغيرة والمساهمة في حل المشكلات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 1-3 سنوات في قطاع التعدين أو البناء.
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يُفضل إتمام دورات أو شهادات إضافية في المجالات ذات الصلة.
- القدرة على العمل في الهواء الطلق في ظروف جوية متفاوتة والسفر إلى المواقع الميدانية.
- مهارات حاسوبية أساسية وإجادة استخدام أدوات جمع البيانات.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية.
- مهارات تواصل فعّالة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- رخصة قيادة سارية؛ الاستعداد لقيادة المركبات الميدانية عند الحاجة.
- خبرة ميدانية سابقة 1-3 سنوات في صناعة ذات صلة (مُفضَّل).
- خبرة في استخدام برامج جمع البيانات والأجهزة المحمولة (مُفضَّل).
- قدرة تقنية على التعامل مع معدات أخذ العينات والصيانة الأساسية (مُفضَّل).
- إجادة ثنائية اللغة إذا لزم الأمر (مُفضَّل).
- خبرة سابقة في دور يتطلب عقلية تركز على السلامة أولاً (مُفضَّل).

Established in 2009 - GMCO have fostered a discovery led approach to mine development - since its formation the company has made two major discoveries at Jabal Qutman (Gold) and in the Wadi Bidah (Copper-Gold VMS) which are now moving through Feasibility assessment, as well as several smaller discoveries across its licence portfolio. GMCO operates across one of the largest Exploration land packages in Saudi Arabia with access to over 2200km² of ground across 29 Exploration licences - a further 275km² (Four licences) are shortly to be issued following the conclusion of the latest MIM Round 9 bidding process.

This Field Assistant position supports field operations, data collection, and logistical coordination to ensure project goals are met efficiently. The role involves working in diverse environments, collaborating with field teams, and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. The Field Assistant reports to the Field Supervisor and travels to project sites as required.

- Assist with site logistics, scheduling, and transportation coordination.
- Maintain accurate records, field notes, and daily progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, equipment maintenance, and calibration.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders.
- Perform data entry and basic analysis under direction.
- Adapt to changing field conditions and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
- 1-3 years of experience in mining or construction
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in related areas preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel to field sites

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to operate field vehicles as needed
- 1-3 years of field experience in a related industry
- Experience with data collection software and mobile devices
- Technical aptitude for handling sampling equipment and basic maintenance
- Bilingual abilities (if relevant to the role)
- Prior experience in a role requiring safety-first mindset
