تفاصيل الوظيفة
تسعى Havana Group، الشركة الرائدة في مجال الإعلام والإبداع في المملكة العربية السعودية لأكثر من 6 سنوات والتي نفذت أكثر من 120 مشروعاً عبر قطاعاتها (Havana Media, Digital, Sammt, Flix)، إلى توظيف كاتب إبداعي أول (Sr. Creative Writer) للعمل في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير مفاهيم وأفكار إبداعية للمشاريع والمبادرات الجديدة.
- التعاون مع فرق التسويق والاستراتيجية والإبداع لتطوير وتنفيذ حلول محتوى متكاملة.
- كتابة محتوى الحملات الإعلانية ومواد التواصل التسويقية.
- الحفاظ على صوت العلامة التجارية بشكل متسق عبر جميع قنوات الاتصال، بما في ذلك المنصات الرقمية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- إدارة و متابعة التقويمات المحتوىية، وضمان التوافق مع الاستراتيجية وأهداف العميل.
- كتابة محتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وتطوير نبرة الصوت وأسلوب التواصل للعلامات التجارية.
- مراجعة وتحرير المحتوى لضمان الجودة اللغوية والإبداعية واتساق الرسالة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال الكتابة الإبداعية.
- إجادة ممتازة لقواعد اللغة العربية مع القدرة على الكتابة بالعربية الفصحى الحديثة بأسلوب خفيف وجذاب.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (شفهياً وكتابياً).
- فهم عميق للثقافة السعودية والجمهور المحلي، مع القدرة على التفاعل الذكي مع الاتجاهات المحلية.
- محفظة أعمال (يُفضَّل أن تشمل خبرة مع عملاء من القطاع الحكومي أو شبه الحكومي أو الخاص).
- الإقامة في مدينة الرياض.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في سرد القصص (Storytelling) والقدرة على صياغة رسائل مؤثرة.
- القدرة على الاستفادة من أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) لتعزيز الإنتاجية وسرعة الإنجاز.

We are looking for a Creative Content Writer who can combine marketing writing skills (Sr. Creative Writer) with digital content creation.
What does our candidate do?
* Develop creative concepts and ideas for new projects and initiatives.
* Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and creative teams to develop and execute integrated content solutions.
* Write advertising campaign content and marketing communication materials.
* Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels, including digital platforms and social media.
* Manage and follow content calendars, ensuring alignment with strategy and client objectives.
* Write social media content and develop tone of voice and communication style for brands.
* Review and edit content to ensure linguistic and creative quality and message consistency.
What makes our ideal candidate?
* Experience: More than 4 years in creative writing.
* Language proficiency: Excellent command of Arabic grammar with strong ability to write in engaging “Modern Standard Arabic” (light Arabic style).
* Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
* Cultural intelligence: Strong understanding of Saudi culture and audience, with the ability to respond intelligently to local trends.
* Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to craft impactful messages.
* Technical skills: Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and speed of output.
* Portfolio: Preferably experienced with government, semi-government, or private sector clients.
* Location: Based in Riyadh.
