Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Promotes and sells Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales goals
• Responsible for developing, building, and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals
• Responsible for following up on leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximise the benefits of Medtronic products and/or services
• Promotes and establishes education about the company's products and/or services
• Conducts market research, including customer and competitor activities
• Implements market development plans/strategies and makes changes as necessary
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or changes to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Research and development (R&D), Operations and Marketing.
  
  
  

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related healthcare field
• Based in Abha, with prior experience in the Southern Region and solid exposure to Ministry of Health, public, and private sector accounts
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry, preferably in surgical sales, operating room environments, or general surgery specialties
• Demonstrated ability to deliver and manage assigned projects while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired results
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals
• Ability to quickly learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
