AI Agents Operator — Content Generation (Arabic Speaker)

Role Overview

The AI Agents Operator — Content Generation (KSA) is a specialist role at the heart of Dar Global's Arabic-language social media operation. This individual deploys, governs, and continuously optimizes autonomous AI agent pipelines that produce high-quality, culturally authentic Arabic-language content across all social media platforms for Dar Global's Saudi and GCC markets. The postholder operates at the intersection of advanced AI agent technology and deep Arabic linguistic and cultural expertise. They are not a translator — they are the originating Arabic voice of Dar Global's brand in the Kingdom, responsible for ensuring that all AI-generated content resonates with Saudi audiences, aligns with Vision 2030's cultural direction, adheres to the Saudi General Commission for Audiovisual Media (GCAM) and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) guidelines, and meets the Group's PDPL obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Arabic-Language AI Agent Pipeline Management

• Design and deploy AI agent workflows optimized for Arabic-language content generation, including MSA and Khaleeji-register outputs tailored to platform and audience context.

• Build and maintain Arabic prompt libraries and system instruction sets that enforce Dar Global's brand voice, tone, and cultural standards for the KSA market.

• Configure multi-step content agents that autonomously research, draft, review (for cultural sensitivity), and prepare Arabic-language assets — copy, captions, hashtag sets, and short-form scripts — for approval and publication.

• Integrate Arabic-language content pipelines with platform APIs (Meta, X, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube) to support automated scheduling and publishing across KSA-focused channels.

• Evaluate and iterate on Arabic LLM outputs (GPT-4o, Jais, Claude, or equivalent) to identify and remediate grammatical inaccuracies, cultural missteps, or brand deviations before publication.

Cultural Authenticity & Saudi Market Localisation

• Ensure all AI-generated content reflects Saudi cultural values, Islamic principles, and the aspirational narrative of Vision 2030 as it applies to Dar Global's luxury real estate positioning.

• Develop market-specific content strategies for Dar Global's KSA portfolio, including projects situated within or adjacent to giga-project zones such as NEOM, The Red Sea Project, Diriyah Gate, and Qiddiya.

• Adapt international campaign briefs into culturally resonant Arabic content — not direct translation, but genuine cultural origination — ensuring relevance for Saudi HNWI (High Net Worth Individual) audiences.

• Monitor KSA social media trends, emerging Arabic hashtags, and platform-specific behaviors (particularly Snapchat and X, which index highly in the Saudi market) to inform agent content strategy.

• Manage bidirectional content localization — producing Arabic-origin content for Arabic audiences and adapting Arabic campaign narratives into English for international audiences where required.

Regulatory Compliance & Content Governance

• Ensure all AI-generated Arabic content adheres to GCAM (General Commission for Audiovisual Media) advertising standards and real estate marketing regulations applicable in KSA.

• Maintain compliance with SDAIA guidelines on the ethical use of AI in content production and data handling.

• Flag any AI-generated content that may conflict with Saudi cultural, religious, or regulatory standards for review before publication — maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to non-compliant content.

• Work with the Social Media AI Agents Lead and the Head of AI to maintain a live content guardrail and escalation register specific to KSA regulatory requirements.

Platform Management & Content Operations

• Manage the Arabic-language content calendar for all KSA-facing social channels, including Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Oversee agent-driven A/B testing of Arabic content variants — testing register (formal MSA vs. conversational Khaleeji), format (carousel, reel, story), and CTA language — and implement data-driven improvements.

• Collaborate with the Media Activation & Performance Operator to ensure Arabic-language organic content and paid campaign copy are aligned and optimized.

• Brief and coordinate with external Arabic creative and photography/videography partners where AI-generated assets are supplemented by human-produced content.

Quality Assurance & Editorial Oversight

• Apply rigorous editorial review to all AI-generated Arabic outputs before publication — assessing grammatical accuracy, stylistic register, factual correctness, and cultural appropriateness.

• Maintain an Arabic content quality scoring framework, conducting regular audits of agent output against brand and cultural standards.

• Document all identified AI-generated Arabic content errors or cultural missteps in the agent incident log, and feed learnings back into prompt and guardrail engineering.

• Act as the final Arabic-language authority within the social media AI agents team — the definitive voice on whether a piece of Arabic content meets Dar Global's standards

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks and LLM platforms — LangChain, CrewAI, n8n, Make.com, or equivalent — with a specific focus on Arabic-language content generation workflows.

• Advanced Arabic prompt engineering skills: ability to craft, test, and iterate system prompts, few-shot examples, and instruction sets that produce high-quality Arabic text at scale.

• Proficiency in evaluating and selecting Arabic-capable LLMs, including awareness of Arabic-native models such as Jais (G42/Mohamed bin Zayed University) and Arabic-fine-tuned variants of major models.

• Experience with social media management platforms: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or equivalent, with specific knowledge of Arabic-language platform settings (RTL rendering, character limits for Arabic, etc.).

• Familiarity with UTM tracking, social analytics platforms, and interpreting Arabic-market audience data from Meta Business Suite, Snapchat Ads Manager, and TikTok for Business.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools for reviewing and light-editing AIgenerated visual assets with Arabic text overlays.

Cultural & Market Competencies

• Deep understanding of Saudi society, culture, and values — including Islamic principles as they apply to commercial communication, gender representation, and luxury lifestyle marketing.

• Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030's key pillars — economic diversification, tourism, cultural heritage, and the luxury residential and hospitality mega-project pipeline — and their relevance to Dar Global's brand positioning.

• Knowledge of the KSA luxury real estate buyer profile: Saudi HNWIs, GCC investors, and the emerging Saudi professional class, including their content consumption behaviours and platform preferences.

• Understanding of KSA-specific social media culture: the prominence of Snapchat (one of the highest per-capita usage rates globally), the role of X/Twitter as a public discourse platform, and the rapid growth of TikTok among Saudi youth.

• Editorial rigour — able to hold AI-generated Arabic content to the same standard as a senior Arabic copywriter, with no tolerance for imprecise language or cultural missteps in published content.

• Culturally confident — able to make independent judgements on the cultural appropriateness of content and escalate proactively when content sits in a grey area.

• Technically curious — actively engaged with the rapidly evolving Arabic AI landscape and committed to evaluating new tools and models as they emerge.

• Commercially minded — understands that content is ultimately in service of lead generation and property sales for Dar Global's KSA portfolio, and calibrates tone and messaging accordingly.

• Collaborative — able to work effectively with the global Dar Global marketing team, the Social Media AI Agents Lead, regional market teams, and external creative partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Arabic-language digital marketing, social media content creation, or AI-assisted content production.

• At least 1–2 years' demonstrable experience operating AI agent systems or LLM-based content workflows in a professional context.

• Proven track record of producing high-quality Arabic-language content for luxury, real estate, or premium consumer brands — a portfolio of published Arabic social media work is required.

• Experience working in or with the KSA market, with a strong understanding of the regulatory, cultural, and commercial landscape. Saudi national or KSA-resident candidates are strongly preferred.

• Fluency in Arabic (native or near-native) is essential. Business-level English is required. Additional Gulf Arabic dialect proficiency is an advantage.
