Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures across all facilities.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor the implementation of safety programs and ensure adherence to approved safety procedures.
• Conduct safety awareness campaigns and training sessions for employees.
• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and related documentation.
• Promote a positive safety culture among employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Report unsafe conditions, practices, or equipment and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, drills, and response planning.

Requirements:

• Saudi National.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Previous experience in healthcare, is preferred.
• Experience in JCI and CBAHI is preferred.
• Relevant occupational health and safety certifications are required, such as NEBOSH and OSHA.
• Classification by Ministry of HRSD
• Experience working in a multicultural work environment.
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety best practices.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
