نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤولية الأساسية هي إجراء الاختبارات الروتينية المعدنية والميكانيكية (مثل الشد، الانحناء، اختبار شاربي، الصلادة) بما في ذلك CTOD والاختبارات المعدنية (الفحص المجهري/الكلي)، والمشاركة في الاختبارات الميدانية/الموقعية، وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات ISO 17025، والتنسيق مع الفريق لتنفيذ العمل وفق الجدول الزمني.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء اختبارات ميكانيكية روتينية (شد، انحناء، شاربي الصدمي، صلادة) بما في ذلك CTOD واختبارات معدنية (فحوصات مجهرية/كلية)
- المشاركة في الاختبارات الميدانية/الموقعية
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات ISO 17025
- التنسيق مع الفريق الفني لتنفيذ العمل وفق الجدول الزمني
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة/دبلوم في المعادن (Metallurgy) أو تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في العمل في مختبر في مجال اختبارات المعادن
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة بالمعايير والكودات الدولية
- مهارات ممتازة في كتابة التقارير
- مهارات تواصل جيدة
- تحفيز ذاتي وقدرة على العمل الجماعي مع مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية ممتازة

Element has an opportunity for a Metallurgy Technician(Saudi) whose primary responsibility is to perform routine, metallurgical, mechanical, failure, corrosion testing facilitating metallurgy operations at site or at a laboratory.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine mechanical testing (tensile, bend, charpy impact, hardness) including CTOD and metallurgical testing (micro / macro examinations) Involvement in site / field testing
- Ensure work compliance to ISO 17025 requirements
- Coordinating with the technicians in the team to carry out work as per the planning schedule
- Degree/Diploma in Metallurgy or related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience working in a laboratory in the field of metallurgy testing
- Good knowledge on international standards and codes
- Excellent report writing skill
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated team playing with excellent organisational and communication skills
