Our client, a well-established financial services organisation headquartered in Jeddah, is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead its technology and digital transformation strategy as it embarks on an ambitious five-year growth journey.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the company's technology roadmap, driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, and supporting its evolution into a technology-led financial services organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organisation's digital and technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across technology and operations.
• Drive the adoption of AI, automation, robotics and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Oversee the implementation of new technology platforms and digital solutions.
• Build, develop and lead a high-performing technology function.
• Partner closely with the CEO, Executive Committee and Board to deliver strategic technology initiatives.
• Ensure technology, cybersecurity and business continuity frameworks support the organisation's long-term growth.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years' leadership experience within technology.
• Minimum 5 years operating at the C Level, for example; CIO, CTO, Chief Digital Officer or equivalent executive level.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide digital transformation programmes.
• Experience implementing AI, automation and modern digital platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align technology strategy to business goals.
• Experience within financial services, FinTech or other regulated environments is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
