فالـميت (Valmet) تبحث عن مهندس عروض أسعار المشاريع (Project Quotation Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريق عروض أسعار المشاريع العالمي في الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستكون في قلب عملية المبيعات، حيث ستقوم بترجمة متطلبات العملاء إلى عروض تقنية وتجارية تنافسية عالية الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة إعداد عروض الأسعار الفنية للمشاريع، بما في ذلك تحجيم واختيار وحساب تكلفة صمامات التحكم والمعدات الميدانية.
- العمل كشريك تقني رئيسي لفريق المبيعات: دعم استراتيجية العطاء، توضيح المتطلبات، والمساعدة في وضع أفضل حل للعميل.
- الجسر بين العالمين الفني والتجاري: المساهمة في مناقشات التسعير، التوافق التجاري، وتطوير العروض القائمة على القيمة.
- ضمان التميز في التسليم: تحمل مسؤولية الجودة والدقة والتوقيت المناسب لعروض الأسعار والوثائق الفنية.
- التعاون عبر الحدود: العمل عن كثب مع الفرق العالمية ومديري المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة المتنوعين.
- التفاعل مع العملاء: دعم توضيحات العطاء والمشاركة في المناقشات والمفاوضات الفنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في هندسة الأجهزة أو الميكانيكية أو الكيميائية أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة بالعمليات.
- 6 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال صناعة الصمامات.
- خبرة في التعامل مع مشاريع الشرق الأوسط وإلمام قوي بمتطلبات أرامكو السعودية (Saudi Aramco) وسابك (SABIC).
- خبرة قوية في تحجيم واختيار صمامات التحكم (شرط أساسي).
- فهم لصناعات العمليات مثل النفط والغاز، اللب والورق، أو التعدين.
- معرفة أنظمة الأجهزة (الصمامات، الأجهزة الميدانية، التركيب، الهندسة الميدانية) تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً؛ والعربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الاستعداد للسفر حوالي 20% من وقت العمل.
- شخصية منهجية وحازمة قادرة على إدارة المواقف المعقدة تحت الضغط.
- روح الفريق مع انفتاح واستعداد لمشاركة المعرفة مع الآخرين.

We are now looking for a Project Quotation Engineer to join our Global Project Quotation team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be at the heart of the sales process, translating customer requirements into competitive, high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
Your impact
- Drive winning proposals: Lead the technical preparation of project quotations, including sizing, selection, and costing of control valves and field equipment.
- Act as a key technical partner to Sales: Support bid strategy, clarify requirements, and help position the best solution for the customer.
- Bridge technical and commercial worlds: Contribute to pricing discussions, commercial alignment, and value-based proposal development.
- Ensure excellence in delivery: Own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of quotations and technical documentation.
- Collaborate across borders: Work closely with global teams, project managers, and diverse stakeholders.
- Engage with customers: Support bid clarifications and participate in technical discussions and negotiations.
- Degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related process discipline.
- 6 years of experience in the valve industry.
- Expertise in handling the Middle East projects and strong familiarity with Saudi Aramco and SABIC requirements.
- Strong expertise in control valve sizing and selection (essential requirement).
- Understanding process industries such as Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, or Mining.
- Knowledge of instrumentation systems (valves, field instruments, installation, field engineering) is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel about 20% of your working time.
- Systematic and assertive character, being able to manage complex situations under pressure.
- Team-player who is open-minded and willing to share knowledge with others.
