We are looking for an experienced Head of Internal Audit 

to lead and strengthen our internal audit function, enhance internal controls, and oversee risk management while ensuring compliance with the highest standards of corporate governance and professional best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Internal Audit.
• Experience with listed companies is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, corporate governance, and Audit Committee reporting.
• Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
