المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة دورة المبيعات الكاملة بدءاً من البحث عن العملاء المحتملين والاكتشاف وصولاً إلى التفاوض وإبرام العقود.
- دفع نمو الإيرادات عبر حسابات السوق المتوسط والمؤسسات من خلال البيع الاستشاري.
- إجراء مكالمات اكتشاف عالية الجودة وعروض توضيحية للمنتج ومحادثات تجارية استراتيجية مع الجهات المعنية الرئيسية.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع قادة الموارد البشرية وفرق التوظيف وصناع القرار التنفيذيين.
- تحديد فرص عمل جديدة وتوسيع حضور Qureos في الأسواق المستهدفة.
- الحفاظ على توقعات دقيقة ورؤية واضحة للصفقات ونظافة CRM عبر جميع الفرص النشطة.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق SDR والتسويق ونجاح العملاء والقيادة لتعظيم معدلات التحويل ونتائج العملاء.
- جمع رؤى من العملاء والسوق لتعزيز وضع المنتج واستراتيجية الذهاب إلى السوق.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 6 سنوات كمدير مبيعات أو في مبيعات B2B أو أدوار إغلاق SaaS كاملة الدورة.
- سجل مثبت في تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف الإيرادات باستمرار.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة دورات المبيعات المعقدة من الاكتشاف إلى الإغلاق.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض والتفاوض وبناء العلاقات.
- القدرة على التعامل بثقة مع قادة الموارد البشرية والمؤسسين وفرق التوظيف وصناع القرار في المؤسسات.
- عقلية عالية الملكية مع تنفيذ قوي وإحساس بالإلحاح وغريزة تجارية.
- خبرة في استخدام منصات CRM مثل HubSpot أو Salesforce أو أدوات مماثلة.
- خبرة سابقة في SaaS أو HRTech أو التوظيف أو المنتجات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي (ميزة قوية).

What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2-6 years of experience as Sales Manager, B2B sales, or full-cycle SaaS closing roles
✔️ Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
✔️ Strong experience managing complex sales cycles from discovery to close
✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔️ Ability to confidently engage HR leaders, founders, recruitment teams, and enterprise decision-makers
✔️ High ownership mentality with strong execution, urgency, and commercial instincts
✔️ Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
✔️ Previous experience in SaaS, HRTech, recruitment, or AI-driven products is a strong plus
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
What You’ll Do
✔️ Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and signed contracts
✔️ Drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts through consultative selling
✔️ Run high-quality discovery calls, product demos, and strategic commercial conversations with key stakeholders
✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, and executive decision-makers
✔️ Identify new business opportunities and expand Qureos’ presence across target markets
✔️ Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM hygiene across all active opportunities
✔️ Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to maximize conversion and customer outcomes
✔️ Gather customer and market insights to strengthen product positioning and go-to-market strategy
✔️ Represent Qureos with professionalism, energy, and a high-performance mindset in every interaction
