تعلن شركة Medica Group، الشريك الموثوق لحلول الطب التجميلي، عن توفر وظيفة مدرب إقليمي (Regional Trainer) في منطقتي مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المسؤول عن تقديم التدريب السريري والتثقيف للعملاء والفرق الداخلية في الأسواق المحلية والإقليمية، بما في ذلك ورش العمل والمؤتمرات والعروض التوضيحية المباشرة للمنتجات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- جدولة وتنفيذ التدريبات بالتعاون مع مدراء الحسابات الرئيسيين.
- إجراء تدريبات سريرية وعروض توضيحية للمنتجات وورش عمل وفعاليات علمية للعملاء والفرق الداخلية.
- دعم مدراء الحسابات الرئيسيين أثناء زيارات العيادات والعروض التوضيحية لتحسين الفهم السريري والاستخدام الفعال للمنتجات.
- ضمان الإلمام القوي بمنتجات MEDICA وبروتوكولاتها وإرشادات العلاج في جميع الأوقات.
- الإشراف على دورة التدريب الكاملة من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك الإعداد والتقديم والمتابعة بعد التدريب.
- الترويج للاستخدام الصحيح للمنتجات والعلاجات المركبة أثناء التدريب لتعظيم الإيرادات.
- الحفاظ على تحديث جميع مواد التدريب وتوافقها مع معايير MEDICA وإرشادات العلامة التجارية.
- تقديم ملاحظات منظمة من الميدان وتحديد الفجوات التدريبية وفرص الأعمال.
- المشاركة المستمرة مع مدراء الحسابات الرئيسيين لتمكين تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المخططة لتطوير الأعمال المربحة المتبادلة وجمع المعلومات لمبادرات الأعمال المستقبلية.
- المشاركة في المؤتمرات والمعارض والفعاليات الصناعية لتمثيل MEDICA ودعم التواجد في السوق.
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق ونشاط المنافسين والتطورات التجميلية الجديدة لضمان بقاء محتوى التدريب ملائماً.
- تطوير والحفاظ على فهم قوي لمحفظة منتجات MEDICA والمبادئ العلمية الأساسية.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير منتظمة عن أنشطة التدريب والملاحظات الميدانية وتعليقات العملاء إلى المدير المباشر شهرياً.
- العمل كحلقة وصل بين العيادات ومدراء الحسابات الرئيسيين والفرق الفنية لضمان التواصل السلس ودعم العملاء.
- دعم التوافق مع أهداف الشركة والمساهمة في التحسين المستمر لعمليات التدريب.
- أداء المهام الأخرى ذات الصلة التي يكلف بها من قبل الإدارة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- تدريب سريري على الأجهزة التجميلية والحقن.
- معرفة بالعلاجات والبروتوكولات التجميلية.
- تقديم عروض توضيحية للمنتجات وتدريب عملي.
- تحليل السوق والمنافسين.
- إعداد التقارير وتوثيق التدريب.
- إتقان استخدام أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (مثل Salesforce).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة أو الهندسة الطبية الحيوية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة بعلوم الحياة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن عامين في التدريب السريري في مجال الأجهزة الطبية التجميلية أو صناعة الحقن.
- خبرة في تقديم التدريب السريري العملي والعروض التوضيحية للمنتجات وورش العمل لمتخصصي الرعاية الصحية.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة دورات التدريب بما في ذلك الإعداد والتقديم والمتابعة.

Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and execute trainings in collaboration with Key Account Managers
- Conduct clinical training, product demonstrations, workshops, and scientific events for clients and internal teams
- Support Key Account Managers during clinic visits and product demonstrations to improve clinical understanding and effective product utilization
- Ensure strong knowledge of MEDICA products, protocols, and treatment guidelines is maintained at all times
- Oversee full end-to-end training cycle, including preparation, delivery, and post-training follow-up
- Promote correct product usage and combination treatments during training to maximize revenue
- Keep all training materials updated and aligned with MEDICA standards and brand guidelines
- Provide structured feedback from the field and identify training gaps and business opportunities
- Maintain continuous engagement with Key Account Managers, enabling the execution of planned strategies to develop mutual profitable business & gather information for future business initiatives.
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to represent MEDICA and support market presence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new aesthetic developments to ensure training content remains relevant
- Develop and maintain strong understanding of MEDICA product portfolio and underlying scientific principles
- Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities, field observations, and client feedback to the line manager monthly.
- Act as a liaison between clinics, Key Account Managers, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and customer support
- Support alignment with company objectives and contribute to continuous improvement of training processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Clinical training in aesthetic devices and injectables
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and protocols
- Product demonstrations and hands-on training delivery

- Reporting and training documentation
- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering or any related life science degree is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical training within the aesthetic medical device or injectable industry.
- Experience delivering hands-on clinical training, product demonstrations, and workshops for healthcare professionals
- Proven ability to manage training cycles including preparation, delivery, and post-training follow-up
