Lesson Planning and Delivery

1. Follows weekly plans prepared by the coordinator.
2. Plans, prepares, and presents lessons that cater to the needs of the various abilities within the class.
3. Prepares unit plans and lesson plans with detailed required skills and standards to be covered, lesson objectives, and procedures for delivering instruction.
4. Uses effective strategies in differentiating instruction.
5. Integrates technology in classroom instruction (Google Apps, Google Online Classroom, etc.), Scaffold Student Learning in/out the classroom.
6. Engages students in the learning process, and interacts with students in a professional and caring manner offering constructive, encouraging, and timely feedback.

Classroom Management

1. Maintains discipline in the classroom.
2. Follows school rules and regulations regarding the applied disciplinary scheme.
3. Manages students’ behavior in the classroom and on school premises and applies appropriate measures in cases of misbehavior.

Assessment and Evaluation

1. Prepares monthly and semester revision sheets and tests, while maintaining their confidentiality.
2. Marks work (homework and classwork), and grades quizzes and exams regularly and on time.
3. Corrects copybooks and homework daily.
4. Prepares regular progress reports and evaluation sheets.
5. Maintains records of students’ progress and development.
6. Prepares and presents informative reports about students.
