Role Description The Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules to meet client business requirements, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of deployed solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing functional needs, implementing new features, integrating Odoo with other systems, and maintaining existing configurations and code. The role involves collaborating closely with functional consultants and project managers, troubleshooting technical issues, writing clean and well-documented code, and participating in testing and deployment activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, working directly with local clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality business solutions using Odoo.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in languages commonly used with Odoo (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to design modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Prior experience developing, customizing, or implementing Odoo or similar ERP systems is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), version control systems (e.g., Git), and Linux-based deployment environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in the Middle East market and understanding of regional business practices is an advantage.
