شركة Crudeo Infra Projects تبحث عن فني تكييف وتبريد (HVAC Technician) للعمل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، بخبرة تتراوح بين 6 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال المشاريع التجارية والصناعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التكييف التجارية.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لمعدات التكييف.
- تنفيذ أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل (T&C) والتأكد من تشغيل الأنظمة وفقاً لمتطلبات التصميم.
- تشخيص المشاكل الميكانيكية والكهربائية والمتعلقة بتدفق الهواء بكفاءة.
- إعداد تقارير الاختبار ووثائق التشغيل لتسليم المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة ومتطلبات الجودة في المشروع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمعدات التكييف التجارية: وحدات البكج، الدكت سبليت، أنظمة VRF/VRV، وحدات مناولة الهواء (AHU)، وحدات ملف المروحة (FCU)، وأنظمة التشيلر الأساسية.
- القدرة على تشخيص وإصلاح الضواغط، مراوح المحركات، السيور، المحامل، ومشاكل أداء ملف التبريد.
- فهم جيد لتدفق الهواء (CFM)، الضغط الساكن، سرعة الهواء، وموازنة النظام.
- خبرة في تشخيص مشاكل مجاري الهواء: كشف التسرب، تحليل الضوضاء والاهتزاز، ضبط المخمدات، وتحسين توزيع الهواء.
- معرفة بتركيب مجاري الهواء: الدعامات والمعلقات، المحولات، اتجاه تدفق الهواء الصحيح، وأفضل ممارسات التركيب.
- الإلمام بتصنيع مجاري الهواء: قص الصاج، الثني والتشكيل، تصنيع الأكواع والمخفضات والبلنوم.
- معرفة معايير تصنيع مجاري الهواء: مقاييس الصاج المجلفن، أنظمة TDF/TDC، قفل بيتسبرغ، قفل S، وطرق السد المناسبة.
- خبرة في أعمال العزل: الصوف الزجاجي، عازل الفوم، وأرمافلكس.
- القدرة على الاختبار والتشغيل: قياس تدفق الهواء، الاختبارات الكهربائية، فحوصات أداء المبرد، اختبار التسرب، والتحقق الوظيفي للنظام.
- إعداد وثائق التشغيل بما في ذلك قراءات الضغط، سجلات درجة الحرارة، قياسات التيار (أمبير)، بيانات تدفق الهواء، وتقارير الأداء النهائية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 6 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال التكييف في مشاريع تجارية أو صناعية.
- مهارات قوية في التشخيص وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات والمخططات الكهربائية والميكانيكية لأنظمة التكييف.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should be technically competent, safety-conscious, and capable of delivering high-quality work in commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Conduct Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities and ensure systems operate according to design requirements.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and airflow-related issues efficiently.
Prepare testing reports and commissioning documentation for project handover.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements.
