We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Powder Coating Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales within the powder coating, industrial coatings, or manufacturing sector and a strong ability to build lasting customer relationships while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the powder coating and industrial manufacturing market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote and sell powder coating products and solutions to manufacturers, fabricators, and industrial clients.
- Conduct customer visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable coating solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in powder coating, industrial coatings, paints, or manufacturing sales.
- Strong understanding of powder coating products, applications, and industrial processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
