Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Job Purpose
Plan and execute marketing activities while managing the company's digital channels to strengthen brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media platforms.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and content plans.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the company's Google Business Profile (Google Maps).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and propose creative marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media management.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience managing Google Business Profile.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies and analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent content creation and communication skills.
- Creative, organized, and able to work under pressure
