المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتخصيص تطبيقات Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • إنشاء وصيانة الإضافات (Plugins)، وأنشطة سير العمل المخصصة، والإجراءات المخصصة، وجافا سكريبت.
  • تكوين الكيانات، والنماذج، والعروض، ولوحات المعلومات، وقواعد العمل، وأدوار الأمان.
  • تطوير عمليات التكامل باستخدام Web API، وخدمات REST، وخدمات WCF، وخدمات Azure، والتطبيقات الخارجية.
  • تنفيذ نشر الحلول وترحيلها عبر البيئات.
  • استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها للمشكلات المتعلقة بنظام CRM.
  • المشاركة في مراجعات الكود واتباع أفضل ممارسات التطوير.
  • إعداد الوثائق الفنية وأدلة النشر.
  • دعم بيئات الإنتاج وإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Create and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions, and JavaScript.
  • Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
  • Develop integrations using Web API, REST services, WCF services, Azure services, and third-party applications.
  • Perform solution deployment and migration across environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
  • Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
  • Support production environments and perform root cause analysis.
