The Flex تبحث عن مبدع فيديو بالذكاء الاصطناعي (AI Video Creator) للعمل في السعودية، يتولى مسؤولية إنتاج محتوى فيديو مميز لمنصة Base360 من خلال الجمع بين السرد البصري وأحدث أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنتاج محتوى فيديو عاطفي وجذاب يوقف التصفح، مثل فيديوهات إطلاق المنتجات والإعلانات والمقاطع الاجتماعية والأفلام التعريفية.
- استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل متكامل لتوليد الفيديو والصوت والصورة والموسيقى (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney وغيرها).
- التحريك والتحرير لإضفاء الحيوية على المنتج عبر تصميم الحركة والعروض التوضيحية والطباعة الحركية والانتقالات السلسة.
- قيادة الأفكار من المفهوم إلى التصدير النهائي، مع تقديم المقترحات وتنفيذها وإطلاقها بسرعة.
- إنتاج محتوى يناسب كل القنوات: فيديوهات عمودية قصيرة لـ TikTok/Reels، إعلانات للوسائط المدفوعة، وفيديوهات رئيسية للموقع.
- الحفاظ على اتساق الهوية البصرية للعلامة التجارية في جميع الأعمال.
- العمل بسرعة وتكرار، واختبار الأفكار وتحليل الأداء والتركيز على ما يحقق نتائج.

You'll turn our product into launch videos, ads, and social content that stop the scroll and make people feel something. What You'll Do
- Create emotional, scroll-stopping video content - product launches, ads, social clips, and brand films - that make people want to join Base360.
- Use AI tools end to end - video, voice, image, and music generation (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, and whatever comes next) - to produce more, faster, and better.
- Animate and edit - bring the product to life with motion design, product demos, kinetic typography, and slick transitions.
- Own ideas from concept to final export - you pitch the concept, you build it, you ship it.
- Produce content for every format - vertical short-form for TikTok/Reels, ads for paid social, and hero videos for the website.
- Keep a consistent brand feel across everything, so all our video looks and feels like one premium brand.
- Move fast and iterate - test ideas, read what performs, and double down on what works.
- You have a portfolio that proves it - video and motion work that's genuinely good, not just competent.
- You're fluent in AI creative tools and obsessed with staying on the edge of what they can do.
- You have real taste - you know what makes something feel premium vs. cheap, and why a cut lands or doesn't.
- You're fast and self-directed - you take a rough idea and come back with something great without hand-holding.
- You know how to hook attention in the first 3 seconds and hold it to the end.
