المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحت الإشراف المباشر، تطوير المهارات اللازمة للتفسير الفني والمساعدة التشغيلية في موقع البئر أثناء عمليات التكسير بطريقة احترافية.
- المساعدة في التخطيط المسبق للوظيفة، والتنفيذ على المستوى الميداني، وتوثيق ما بعد الوظيفة كجزء من التدريب أثناء العمل.
- العمل جنباً إلى جنب مع العمليات لتطوير المعرفة القائمة على المعدات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- هذه الوظيفة على مستوى مبتدئ (Entry-Level).
- إكمال درجة البكالوريوس في أحد تخصصات STEM (العلوم، التكنولوجيا، الهندسة، الرياضيات).
- سيتم بناء المعرفة من خلال إكمال دورات في تحليل الضغط أثناء الضخ، ميكانيكا الكسر، ميكانيكا الصخور والسوائل، والضخ التشخيصي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرة على التفسير الفني والمساعدة التشغيلية في الموقع.
- مهارات التخطيط والتنفيذ المسبق للوظيفة.
- معرفة قائمة على المعدات في عمليات التكسير.

Job Duties
Under direct supervision, develops skills to allow for technical interpretation and operational assistance at the wellsite during frac operations in a professional manner. Assists in pre job planning, field level execution, and post job documentation as on the job training. Works alongside operations to develop equipment based knowledge. This is an entry level position. Knowledge will be built through completion of courses based on Pressure Analysis while pumping, fracture mechanics, rock and fluid mechanics, as well as diagnostic pumping. Completion of an undergraduate degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline is required.
