🔧 We're Hiring! Mechanical Technician | Electrical Technician | Extrusion Operator - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

🛠️ Mechanical Technician

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on production machinery, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults on extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime
• Carry out routine inspections, alignments, and lubrication schedules
• Read and interpret mechanical/engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to guide installation, maintenance, and repair work
• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or plant environment (Textiles/plastics industry preferred)

Electrical Technician

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, PLCs, sensors, and control systems on production lines
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly to reduce production interruptions
• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, circuit schematics, and control panel layouts
• Perform scheduled electrical maintenance and safety checks in line with plant standards
• Support automation and instrumentation upgrades
• Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, ideally in a continuous-process manufacturing setup

⚙️ Operator - Extrusion Experience

• Operate and monitor extrusion lines (tape/yarn/film extrusion) to ensure consistent product quality and output
• Set and adjust process parameters (temperature, speed, tension) as per production standards
• Conduct in-process quality checks and report deviations promptly
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams for technical issues
• Prior hands-on experience operating extrusion machinery in a polymer, plastics, or textile manufacturing environment is required

🧵 QC Technician - Textiles Industry

• Inspect raw materials, in-process fabric/yarn, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards
• Conduct physical and visual testing on woven, non-woven, and extruded textile products (e.g., tensile strength, weight/GSM, dimensions, weave consistency)
• Identify and document defects, and coordinate with production and extrusion teams to address root causes
• Maintain quality inspection records, test reports, and batch traceability documentation
• Support compliance with internal QMS procedures and customer/industry quality standards
• Diploma/degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Control, or related field with 4+ years of QC experience in a textile, carpet, geotextile, or woven fabric manufacturing environment
