Role Description The فني مرضى (Patient Technician) is a full-time, on-site role based in Umluj. The role involves providing direct support to patients, including assisting with daily activities, preparing patients for examinations or procedures, and ensuring their comfort and safety. Responsibilities include monitoring basic patient conditions, documenting observations, and promptly reporting concerns to nursing or medical staff. The technician supports clinical workflows by helping with patient transport, organizing equipment and supplies, and maintaining clean, orderly patient areas. The role also requires clear communication with patients, families, and colleagues, and adherence to all hospital policies and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Foundational clinical skills, including basic patient care, vital sign monitoring, and safe patient handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to follow clinical instructions, document information accurately, and comply with safety and infection control procedures.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for managing patient schedules, equipment, and supplies.
• Relevant technical or vocational qualification in patient care or a related healthcare field; prior experience in a hospital or clinic is preferred.
• Commitment to ethical, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory patient care, with a respectful and compassionate approach.
• Willingness to work full time on-site in Umluj, including shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
