نبذة عن الوظيفة
وظيفة Cost Controller هي وظيفة بدوام كامل في الموقع في جدة. سيقوم المرشح بمراقبة وتحليل والإبلاغ عن تكاليف المشاريع لضمان توافقها مع الميزانيات والمتطلبات التعاقدية. تشمل المهام اليومية تتبع النفقات، وإعداد توقعات التكاليف، ودعم التقارير المالية الشهرية، وتحديد فروقات التكاليف والمخاطر. سيتعاون مع مديري المشاريع وفرق المالية والمشتريات للتحقق من بيانات التكاليف وتحسين تخصيص الموارد ودعم اتخاذ القرارات. كما سيساعد في تطوير وتحسين إجراءات وأدوات مراقبة التكاليف لدعم المشاريع الكبيرة والمعقدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة وتحليل والإبلاغ عن تكاليف المشاريع لضمان التوافق مع الميزانيات والمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- تتبع النفقات وإعداد توقعات التكاليف.
- دعم التقارير المالية الشهرية وتحديد فروقات التكاليف والمخاطر.
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع وفرق المالية والمشتريات للتحقق من بيانات التكاليف.
- تحسين تخصيص الموارد ودعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتحسين إجراءات وأدوات مراقبة التكاليف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة، الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في بيئات البناء أو البنية التحتية أو المشاريع كبيرة الحجم (ميزة إضافية).
- شهادات مهنية في مراقبة التكاليف أو إدارة المشاريع (مثل CCP أو PMP) (ميزة إضافية).
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية.
- القدرة على العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في مراقبة التكاليف وإدارة التكاليف.
- مهارات متينة في محاسبة التكاليف والمالية.
- مهارات تحليلية متقدمة لتفسير البيانات المالية وبيانات المشاريع.
- إتقان استخدام MS Excel وأنظمة ERP أو الأنظمة المالية ذات الصلة.

Role Description The Cost Controller role at ICAD-KSA is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The Cost Controller will monitor, analyze, and report project costs to ensure alignment with budgets and contractual requirements. Daily responsibilities include tracking expenditures, preparing cost forecasts, supporting monthly financial reporting, and identifying cost variances and risks. The role involves collaborating with project managers, finance teams, and procurement to validate cost data, optimize resource allocation, and support decision-making. The Cost Controller will also assist in developing and improving cost control procedures and tools to support large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.

- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or large-scale project environments is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Professional certifications in cost control or project management (e.g., CCP, PMP) are a plus.
