Job SummaryResponsible for supporting the implementation of the hospital's Quality Management Program, ensuring compliance with CBAHI and other healthcare accreditation standards, monitoring quality indicators, conducting audits, and participating in continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor the hospital Quality Management Program.
- Ensure compliance with CBAHI standards, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations.
- Participate in accreditation preparation and survey readiness activities.
- Conduct internal audits and gap analysis.
- Monitor and analyze Quality Indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports.
- Investigate incidents and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans.
- Develop, review, and update hospital policies and procedures.
- Coordinate quality improvement projects across departments.
- Support patient safety initiatives and risk management activities.
- Conduct staff education and awareness programs related to quality and patient safety.
- Collect, validate, and analyze quality data for management reporting.
- Participate in quality committees and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Maintain quality documentation and ensure proper record management.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory, Applied Medical Sciences, or other healthcare-related field.
- Valid registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), if applicable.
- CPHQ certification is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma or ISO certification is an advantage.
Experience- Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare Quality within hospitals in Saudi Arabia.
- Hands-on experience with CBAHI accreditation.
- Experience in quality improvement, internal auditing, and patient safety programs.
- Experience in preparing hospitals for accreditation surveys.
Skills- Strong knowledge of CBAHI standards.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality management systems.
- Quality improvement methodologies (PDCA, RCA, FMEA).
- Data analysis and KPI reporting.
- Policy and procedure development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
