We're Hiring - Football Coaches | Al Balad FC

Al Balad FC is entering an exciting new chapter. As we expand our sporting project to include a full youth development structure, we are looking for dedicated and passionate football coaches to join our growing impact across multiple roles within the club.

We're not just filling positions, we're building a culture. We want coaches who believe in the process, are eager to grow, and want to be part of something meaningful from the ground up.

Goalkeeper Coach License

Applicants must hold at least one of the above valid coaching licenses.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Jeddah based
• Valid coaching license (A, B, C, or Goalkeeper...as relevant to the role)
• A professional mindset and high work ethic
• Genuine passion for youth development and long-term player growth
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the club's vision
• Basic understanding of English (preferred, not mandatory)
