المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الاستراتيجية والعمليات الشاملة للمنظمة.
- تعزيز النمو والابتكار وتقوية أداء الأعمال عبر الأقسام المختلفة.
- إدارة الأمور المالية والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.
- الإشراف على العمليات التجارية ودفع المبيعات.
- ضمان توافق الأهداف مع رسالة الشركة.
- قيادة مبادرات التخطيط التجاري وضمان التعاون الفعال بين جميع الأقسام.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قوية في المالية وإدارة العمليات.
- خبرة مثبتة في التخطيط التجاري والاستراتيجي.
- قدرة مثبتة على تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصلية وتنظيمية استثنائية.
- خبرة في إدارة الفرق وتعزيز بيئات العمل التعاونية.
- نجاح سابق في قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات أو مشاريع واسعة النطاق.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل درجة متقدمة.
- معرفة بصناعة الضيافة أو التجزئة تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية (يفضل).

Additionally, the CEO will actively lead business planning initiatives and ensure efficient collaboration across all divisions.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management
- Proven experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute Sales strategies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in managing teams and fostering collaborative work environments
- Previous success in leading cross-functional teams or large-scale projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
- Knowledge of the hospitality or retail industry is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
