yper Cool is building the future of recovery and wellness in the GCC. We supply premium recovery technologies-including Cryotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Ice Baths, Infrared Therapy, and Compression Systems-to sports clubs, wellness centers, healthcare providers, and elite athletes.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial COO who wants to build a company-not just join one.

• Proven experience in sales, operations, or business leadership.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses.
• Excellent leadership and execution skills.
• Self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Experience in healthcare, fitness, wellness, medical devices, or sports is a plus.

Option A - Co-Founder

• 10% equity (4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff)
• No salary during Year 1
• Salary begins in Year 2 based on agreed business milestones
• 2% commission on company sales
• Performance bonus

Option B - COO

• 5% equity (4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff)
• No salary during Year 1
• Salary begins in Year 2 based on agreed business milestones
• 2% commission on company sales
• Performance bonus
