شركة الفطيم (Al-Futtaim) عبر قطاع السيارات - BYD تبحث عن مشرف ورشة (Workshop Supervisor) للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقود مشرف الورشة العمليات اليومية لأرضية الورشة، لضمان تقديم الفنيين للإصلاحات والخدمات وفقاً لمعايير الشركة المصنعة (OEM)، في الوقت المحدد، ومن أول مرة، وضمن ساعات العمل القياسية. المسؤولية المباشرة عن إنتاجية الفنيين وإنتاجية الورشة وجودة الإصلاح والالتزام بمعايير السلامة والنظافة. يعمل كجسر تشغيلي بين مستشاري الخدمة وقطع الغيار وفريق الفنيين، ويحمي التزامات العملاء وربحية الوكالة من خلال الإدارة المنضبطة لأرضية الورشة والقيادة الفنية القوية والرقابة التشغيلية المستمرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توزيع أوامر الإصلاح على الفنيين بناءً على مستوى المهارة والتعقيد الفني وعبء العمل لتعظيم استخدام العمالة والإنتاجية.
- مراقبة الأعمال قيد التنفيذ باستمرار طوال اليوم، وإزالة الاختناقات التشغيلية وضمان تحقيق أوقات التسليم الموعودة.
- ضمان اتباع الفنيين لأدلة الإصلاح المعتمدة من OEM وإجراءات التشخيص المقررة وعمليات التشغيل القياسية للوكالة.
- قيادة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للورشة بما في ذلك الإنتاجية والكفاءة واستخدام العمالة وأداء الفنيين مقابل الأهداف الشهرية.
- التحكم في تدفق الورشة لتحسين استخدام الرفع وتوزيع الفنيين وأوقات الخدمة.
- إجراء فحوصات الجودة النهائية على الإصلاحات المكتملة قبل تسليم السيارة للقضاء على الإصلاحات المتكررة وعودة العملاء ومخاطر الضمان.
- التحقيق في الأعطال الفنية والإصلاحات المتكررة وشكاوى العملاء، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية وتدريب الفنيين عند الحاجة.
- ضمان الاستخدام السليم للأدوات الخاصة ومعدات التشخيص وأنظمة المعايرة وطرق الإصلاح المعتمدة من OEM.
- متابعة النشرات الفنية وإجراءات الاستدعاء والتحديثات الفنية من الشركة المصنعة عبر فريق الورشة.
- الإشراف على فريق من الفنيين وفنيي الكهرباء وفنيي PDI وتدريبهم وتطويرهم في العمليات اليومية.
- تحديد الفجوات المهارية الفنية والتنسيق مع المدربين الفنيين لجدولة برامج شهادات OEM وخطط التطوير الداخلية.
- عقد جلسات إحاطة يومية للورشة تغطي تخطيط عبء العمل وتحديثات السلامة والنشرات الفنية وتوقعات الأداء.
- دعم انضباط الفنيين وإدارة الحضور ومراجعات الأداء والتخطيط للتعاقب الوظيفي ضمن فريق الورشة.
- فرض جميع معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الورشة بما في ذلك استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية وإجراءات الرفع الآمن والتعامل مع المواد الخطرة.
- الحفاظ على معايير نظافة الورشة بما يتوافق مع توقعات تدقيق الوكالة من OEM ومعايير التشغيل 5S.
- ضمان بقاء جداول المعايرة وشهادات الورشة وصيانة المعدات وفحوصات السلامة محدثة وجاهزة للتدقيق.
- التنسيق عن كثب مع مستشاري الخدمة بشأن موافقات الإصلاح الإضافية والتزامات العملاء ومواعيد التسليم وإبلاغ التأخير.
- التنسيق مع فرق قطع الغيار لرفع حالات المركبات المتوقفة عن العمل وضمان توفر قطع الغيار العاجلة لاستمرارية الورشة.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية تغطي إنتاجية الورشة وكفاءة العمل وجودة الأداء ومؤشرات أداء الفنيين إلى مدير الخدمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في هندسة السيارات أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- شهادة فني رئيسي معتمد من OEM (Master Technician) أو مؤهل تقني متقدم مماثل يُفضل بشدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6-8 سنوات في ورشة عمل ضمن وكالة سيارات حاصلة على امتياز، منها سنتان على الأقل في دور إشرافي أو قيادي.
- تدرج وظيفي قوي من فني إلى مشرف ورشة ضمن عمليات الوكالة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة إنتاجية الفنيين وإصلاح أول مرة وتقليل عودة العملاء في ورش ذات حجم عالٍ.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة عمل قوية بأنظمة التشخيص من OEM وإجراءات الإصلاح والأدلة الفنية وعمليات الضمان.
- إتقان أنظمة إدارة الوكالة مثل SAP أو Kerridge أو Autoline أو منصات الوكالة المماثلة.
- فهم متين لأنظمة المركبات الكهربائية/الهجينة ومعايرة ADAS وإلكترونيات المركبات والتقنيات الحديثة (يُفضل بشدة).
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية والمخططات التفصيلية والنشرات الفنية وتعليمات الإصلاح من الشركة المصنعة بدقة.
- معرفة عملية بتطبيقات Microsoft Office للتقارير التشغيلية وتحليل الورشة.

Key Responsibilities
Workshop Operations & Productivity
- Allocate Repair Orders (ROs) to technicians based on skill level, technical complexity, and workload capacity to maximize labour utilization and productivity
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) continuously throughout the day, removing operational bottlenecks and ensuring promised delivery times are achieved
- Ensure technicians follow OEM repair manuals, approved diagnostic procedures, and dealership standard operating processes for every job
- Drive workshop KPIs including productivity, efficiency, labour utilization, and technician performance against monthly operational targets
- Control workshop flow to optimize bay usage, technician allocation, and service turnaround times
- Conduct final quality inspections on completed repairs prior to vehicle release to eliminate repeat repairs, customer comebacks, and warranty risks
- Investigate technical failures, repeat repairs, and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions and technician coaching where required
- Ensure proper usage of Special Service Tools (SSTs), diagnostic equipment, calibration systems, and OEM-approved repair methods
- Monitor adherence to technical service bulletins (TSBs), recall procedures, and manufacturer technical updates across the workshop team
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Technicians, Electrical Technicians, and PDI Technicians across daily workshop operations
- Identify technical skill gaps and coordinate with Technical Trainers to schedule OEM certification programs and internal development plans
- Conduct daily workshop briefings covering workload planning, safety updates, technical bulletins, and performance expectations
- Support technician discipline, attendance management, performance reviews, and succession planning within the workshop team
- Enforce all HSE standards across the workshop including PPE usage, safe lifting procedures, hazardous material handling, and equipment safety compliance
- Maintain workshop housekeeping standards aligned with OEM dealer audit expectations and 5S operational standards
- Ensure calibration schedules, workshop certifications, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections remain current and audit-ready
- Support compliance with warranty standards, OEM audits, internal controls, and dealership operational governance
- Coordinate closely with Service Advisors regarding additional repair approvals, customer commitments, delivery deadlines, and delay communication
- Liaise with Parts teams to escalate Vehicle-Off-Road (VOR) cases and ensure urgent parts availability for workshop continuity
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering workshop productivity, labour efficiency, quality performance, and technician KPIs to the Service Manager
- Support service planning decisions through accurate operational reporting and workshop performance analysis
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- OEM-certified Master Technician qualification or equivalent advanced technical certification is highly preferred
- Minimum 6-8 years of workshop experience within a franchised automotive dealership, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong technical career progression from Technician to Workshop Supervisor within dealership operations
- Proven experience managing technician productivity, First Time Right (FTR), labour efficiency, and customer comeback reduction in high-volume workshops
- Strong working knowledge of OEM diagnostic systems, repair procedures, technical manuals, and warranty processes
- Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as SAP, Kerridge, Autoline, or equivalent dealership platforms
- Solid understanding of EV/HV systems, ADAS calibration, vehicle electronics, and modern automotive technologies is highly desirable
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, technical service bulletins, and manufacturer repair instructions accurately
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications for operational reporting and workshop analysis
