About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Corporate Fulfillment Travel Consultants to join our team in Riyadh. The role involves handling travel bookings and support for B2B partners, ensuring high service quality and accuracy in ticketing, re-issuance, and fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will be an advanced Amadeus user with strong knowledge of the travel industry and the ability to manage complex itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle B2B partners’ travel booking requests (flights, hotels, cars, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
• Manage ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds using Amadeus.
• Provide proactive support to B2B partners and resolve booking or system issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with airline rules, travel regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and post-booking processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with B2B partners and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor bookings and identify opportunities to optimize service quality and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of transactions.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in GDS (Amadeus or Sabre) (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably in a B2B or corporate travel environment.
• Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing processes, and travel regulations.
• Experience with reissues, refunds, and complex itineraries.
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Only Saudi nationals will be considered for this role.
