Are you an experienced Turnaround & Inspection (T&I) professional looking to contribute to one of the region's most advanced energy and industrial facilities?

JIGPC is seeking a T&I Engineer to join our Maintenance team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Turnaround & Inspection activities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective plant outages while enhancing reliability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end turnaround and inspection planning and execution activities.
• Develop detailed outage schedules, work scopes, and execution plans.
• Ensure inspection activities comply with regulatory, safety, and company standards.
• Maintain turnaround risk registers and proactively mitigate operational risks.
• Monitor turnaround expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Oversee pre-shutdown and pre-fabrication activities to ensure readiness.
• Prepare post-turnaround reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Promote continuous improvement in turnaround and inspection methodologies.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in turnaround planning and execution within industrial plants, power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, or related sectors.

✅ Strong knowledge of turnaround planning tools and methodologies.

✅ Experience with inspection management, maintenance planning, and shutdown execution.

✅ Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ISO standards, and asset management practices.

✅ Preferred certifications: API, ASME, PMP, OSHA, or NEBOSH.

✅ Experience with gasification or power production facilities is highly desirable.
