Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about services, and ensuring a professional and respectful customer experience. The specialist will handle service requests, resolve complaints, update customer records, and coordinate with internal teams to follow up on pending issues. Daily tasks include documenting interactions, monitoring customer satisfaction, and escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary. The role also requires contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes and adhering to company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
• Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction levels.
• Professional communication skills with excellent Phone Etiquette.
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client relations, preferably within recruitment or HR services.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage time effectively, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications
