Role Description This is a full-time, on-site House Electrician role located in the Riyadh Region. The House Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within residential and commercial properties managed by KYNG. Daily tasks include performing routine inspections, diagnosing electrical issues, troubleshooting faults, and implementing corrective actions to ensure safety and compliance with relevant standards. The role involves responding to service requests, coordinating with property management and other maintenance staff, and keeping accurate records of work performed and materials used. The House Electrician is expected to follow safety procedures, use appropriate tools and protective equipment, and support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and hazards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in electricity and practical electrical work skills.
• Candidates should possess maintenance & repair capabilities for residential and commercial electrical systems.
• Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently.

• Candidates should possess relevant technical certification or vocational training in electrical work; prior experience as a residential or building electrician is highly beneficial.
