- إدارة برامج ومزايا الموظفين (Benefits Enrollment والتعديلات والتواصل)
- المساعدة في عمليات تقييم الأداء
- تقديم الإرشاد والدعم للموظفين في استفسارات الموارد البشرية
- المساهمة في تنفيذ مبادرات HR
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح العمل والقوانين ذات الصلة
- التعاون مع الإدارة لتعزيز ثقافة عمل إيجابية وشاملة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أساس قوي في مجال الموارد البشرية وإدارتها مع خبرة في العمليات اليومية
- القدرة على تطوير وتفسير وتنفيذ سياسات HR مع ضمان الامتثال للوائح
- معرفة بإدارة مزايا الموظفين (التسجيل والتعديلات والتواصل)
- خبرة في إدارة شؤون الموظفين (حفظ السجلات ودعم عمليات الأداء)
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
- إتقان استخدام أنظمة الموارد البشرية وأدوات Microsoft Office للتوثيق والتقارير
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية مع القدرة على حل المشكلات والعمل مع فرق متنوعة
