Please note: This position is based on AMAALA Island, a remote and exclusive destination on the Red Sea. Candidates must be comfortable living and working in a remote island environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality venue preferred
• A warm, professional, and guest-first personality
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, service standards, and table etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure during peak service hours
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Good English communication skills (Arabic a plus)

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and attending to guests throughout their dining experience
• Taking orders accurately and communicating them efficiently to the kitchen
• Serving food and beverages to the highest standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and setup of tables and service areas
• Handling guest requests and resolving concerns professionally
• Supporting opening and closing duties
